Ingredients

    1 can tuna, packed in water
    3 tbsp low fat or fat free Miracle Whip
    8 green olives with pimento, sliced
    1 tbsp chopped onion
    2 slices whole wheat bread
    3 slices colby cheese, low fat

Directions

Drain tuna, add onions, sliced olives and Miracle Whip. Place 2 slices of bread on cookie sheet. Spread tuna mixture on bread, cover with slices of colby cheese.

Cook in oven under broiler just until cheese melts. 2 servings, one sandwich each.
