Ingredients

    1 pound raw shrimp (I use previously frozen)
    3 T. olive oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. grated ginger
    3 large cloves or 4 med. garlic, diced

Tips

I serve over steamed spinach and sprinkle fresh parmesian on top; I have also used gorgonzola.


Directions

heat oil over med.
add garlic, ginger and lemon juice, heat to simmer
add shrimp, stir and simmer until shrimp is cooked about 3-4 minutes
