    1 cup wholewheat flour
    2 tbsp cheese spread
    1 tbsp sesame seeds
    1/2 tsp fresh east
    1 tsp salt & 1 tsp butter
    veg. cream cheese dip:
    1/2 cup grated paneer
    1/4 cup fresh hung curd
    2 tbsp chopped sweetcorn
    2 tbsp grated carrots
    1 tbsp chopped celery
    salt & dry red chilli flakes to taste


bake at 150 degrees c for 35 mins.
