Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    Kale, 1 cup, chopped
    Ginger Root, 0.25 cup
    Frozen Banana, 0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Frozen, NSA Mixed Fruit (Strawberry, Peach, Mango, Pineapple), 0.33 cup
    PB2, 1 tbsp
    100% Natural Wheat Germ, 2 tbsp
    Stevia, 1 tbsp

Tips

I like to make this whole thing for myself, but split it into two servings; breakfast and second breakfast, or pre and post workout snacks :)


Directions

Wash and fresh fruits and vegetables and chop into pieces that your blender can manage. Put milk in blender, add kale and ginger first because they are so fibrous. Blend until smooth and then add other ingredients, again blending until smooth and adding water as needed to maintain smooth, flowing consistency.

Serving Size: Makes 24 oz or 2 12 oz servings
