Ingredients
-
4 Tbsp (choc) Brown Rice protein
2 Tbsp Whey Protein
2 Tbsp dry milk
1 Tbsp (choc) hemp protein
1/2 Tbsp baking chocolate
Sweetener to taste
Sprinkle of salt if desired
Tips
To avoid clumping, mix dry ingredients very well (extra dry milk is to help prevent clumping of protein powders) and avoid overheating after adding your choice of liquids.
I have beginning of early dementia, so i have no time estimate. if someone else tries this it would be nice to have a "prep time" estimate.
Directions
Mix well (otherwise some will clump). Minimal hemp due to grainy texture.
I slowly add current choice of 6oz (lukewarm) liquid to 1 Tbsp dry ingredients to form paste, then gradually add remaining liquid. After they are combined I can either heat to desired temp or add ice. Avoid overheating due to Whey trait of clumping with heat. My current liquid includes unsweetened chocolate almond milk, decaf coffee, and either cream or canned milk.
Serving Size: makes 10 Tbsp
