*Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 1 cup
*Chicken of the Sea Light Tuna in water, 2 oz
1 tbsp minced onion
*Spaghetti, dry, unenriched, 8oz
Parmesan cheese, grated, 0.5 cup
Directions
Prepare spaghetti; keep warm. Melt 1/2 stick of margarine in microwave. Add 1.4 cup four, salt, and pepper; mix well. Carfeully add milk and broth; stir with whire whisk to smotth lumps.Microwave on high uncovered 4-5 minutes or until thickened: stir after 2 minutes and then every minute.
Stir in cooked spaghetti, tuna, and onion. Micrwave on high 3 minutes. Stir well; srinkle with Parmesan cheese. Microwave uncovered on high 3-5 minutes.
