Introduction

Some mornings, you just want that hot cereal! This is a great, FAST, convenient "instant" replacement for that oatmeal or cream of wheat. Some mornings, you just want that hot cereal! This is a great, FAST, convenient "instant" replacement for that oatmeal or cream of wheat.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
    2 tbsp chia seeds
    2 tbsp flax meal
    1/2 tbsp cinnamon
    Stevia to taste

    1/2 cup boiling water

    1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the 1/2 cup boiling water & stir.
Let sit for 2-3 minutes.
Give another stir & add almond milk.
Enjoy!!
