Introduction

Ingredients

2 larger portabello mushrooms
2 bread rolls (whole wheat or multi grain)
Lettuce, onion and tomato to garnish
Ketchup, mustard and mayonaise
2 large potatoes
Tips
I will often use lettuce leaves in place of bread as the 'bun' just to save further calories.
Directions
Peel the potatoes and slice to desired thickness. Spray lightly with oil and place in oven to bake for 20 minutes.
Grill the mushroom on the bbq, under the oven grill or sautee in a non-stick frying pan until cooked through.
Slice the buns open and fill with the ketchup, mustard, mayonaise, lettuce, onion and tomato.
Plcae the mushroom burger in the bun.
Serving Size: Makes 2 burgers and 2 serves of chips
