Introduction

Ingredients

    2 tablespoons frozen blueberries
    5 or 6 slices of fozen peaches
    1 tbls ground flax seed
    1 tbls chia seed
    1 tbls psyllium husk
    1/2 to 3/4 boiling water depending on how thick you want cereal to be
    spinkle of sugar or honey

Tips

use fresh or frozen fruits of your choice to change it up!


Directions

thaw fruit & cut into bitesized pieces
cover with boiling water and sprinkle flax, chia & psyllium.
stir and let stand for 5 minutes
add a touch more water if the cereal is thicker than you desire.
sprinkle with sweetener of your choice (optional)
