Ingredients

.25 of an Avocado; sliced
3 oz of chicken strips; grilled
A med. sized tomato cut off 2 small pieces
2 slices of whole grain bread
.25 cup cheddar cheese
Spray butter for both slices of bread
Salt and pepper to taste.
Tips
Make sure you keep checking the underside of your bread so that it does not burn. Cooking and prep times may vary!
Directions
Flat pan med heat. Start heating up the chicken off to the side of the pan. Spray the bread, put them on the pan. Lay down the cheese on the bread. Lay the sliced avocado on either side on the bread as well as the tomato. The chicken should be a good enough temp now so lay that down on either side. Add some salt and pepper to taste. Flip the one side onto the other and poof! Your done. Cut in half and enjoy!
