My 11 year old and I love these.

Even tho I have listed this as a "Side Item" it really is a meal all in it's self at 302 cal. per serving.

Ingredients

    1/2 c Frozen Strawberries "Dole"
    1/2 c Frozen Mango Chunks "Dole"
    1 Scoop Optimal Solutions Complete Protein & Vitamin Shake Mix (Vanilla Bean) by "Natures Bounty"
    1/2 c "Best" Mango Juice Drink
    1/2 c "Dole" Orang/Mango/Peach Juice

Tips

I like to use the individual smoothy cups for the "Ninja" I found it blend the best and the container become your cup so less to clean.

Also, make sure you place ingrediance in order as I have given them into whatever you choose as a blender. I found it kept the powder from clumping this way.

I find that it digests rather quickly for me because it's mostly fruit so I just make sure my morning snack are crackers to help with the mid-morning hunger.

It's also high in sugars so diabetics need to be cautious.


Directions

Place all ingrediants in a blender.
Blend till Smooth.
