Introduction

Low-fat, low-calorie, and delicious!! Low-fat, low-calorie, and delicious!!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 15 ounce can white navy beans, rinsed and drained
    1/4 cup light dairy sour cream
    2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon skim milk
    1/2 to 1 of a canned chipotle chile pepper in adobo sauce (this is optional; add as much as you want, depending on the heat level you like)
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1 clove garlic, chopped

Tips

Serve with cucumber, crackers, or chips.


Directions

Add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!
