    9 Fresh Eggs
    6 cups of Rolled Oats (or enough to absorb all liquids)
    Half a stick of butter, melted
    1/8 cup sugar or a little honey or maple syrup
    1/2 tsp baking powder


Exact proportions are not important, but make sure you follow the softening step.


Mix everything but the baking powder and let sit 8 hours, until oats soften and absorb liquids.
Grease a muffin tin and Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix in baking powder and spoon into tins.
Bake until firm and golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
