    Garlic, 1 cloves (remove)
    Ginger Root, 3 tsp (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 3 large (remove)
    Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), 40 (remove)
    Cabbage, napa, 2 cup (remove)
    Corn Starch, 0.04 cup (remove)
    Mushrooms Shiitake dried, 10 gram(s) (remove)
    Onion, Spring chopped, raw, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Bell Pepper, Green (sweet) - 1 large
    Oyster sauce, vegetarian mushroom, Kimlan, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (remove)
    Noodles (Yu Meng), Six Fortune, 68 gram(s) (remove)


Soak the dried mushrooms for several hours. Chop the vegetables. Add them all to 1 cup water and cook 20 min. Add the noodles and meat, cover and cook for 5 min. Mix cornstarch, oyster sauce, and 1 cup water together and add them, stirring. Poach the eggs and place on top of each portion.
