Introduction

Makes 2 9" pizzas. No toppings included (the cheese is part of the crust). Ingredients

    Cauliflower (one large head) (grated on box grater or in food processor: squeeze dry)
    1/2 cup mozzarella (part skim) shredded
    2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
    2 eggs (may omit yolks if desired)
    Seasonings

Tips

(Cook on parchment paper sprayed with cooking spray then placed on pizza stone in oven).
Some people microwave the grated cauliflower for a few minutes to help get more moisture out.


Directions

450 degrees for 20 minutes. Take out. Add toppings. Return to oven for another 20 minutes. (Cook on parchment paper sprayed with cooking spray then placed on pizza stone in oven).
