Ingredients

    1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese

    1 large hard boiled egg

    2 tsp mustard or to taste

    dash of salt

    dash of pepper

    2 slices reduced calorie wheat bread (about 50 cal per slice)

Tips

I find it easier to boil my eggs ahead of time, like in the morning before my day begins, or the night before. Keep refrigerated.


Directions

Boil your egg for about 15 minutes or until cooked. Peel the egg and dice up with fork. Add cottage cheese, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix it up and spread on bread. Enjoy!
