Ingredients

Beef, round steak, 16 oz
1- Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
1- Red pepper
1- Onions
Snap peas, 1.5 cup
Broccoli 1 spear (about 5" long)
Soy Sauce, 2.5 tbsp
Thai Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp
Rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Honey, 1 tbsp
Fish Sauce, 1 tbsp
Peanuts, dry-roasted, .33 cup
Peanut Oil, 2 tbsp
Ginger Root, 3 tsp
Directions
Cut beef into bite size strips across the grain.
Mix the Thai chili sauce, rice vinegar, fish sauce, honey, ginger, and soy sauce and cornstarch. Add beef and marinade while cooking vegetables.
Add peanut oil to the pan and heat on medium high.
Add onions and stir fry for about a minute.
Add peppers, peas and broccoli and stir fry until colors brighten.
Add beef and the marinade to the pan and stir fry until the beef is cooked through.
Add peanuts and warm through and serve
