Ingredients

    2 turkey fillets
    1 yellow pepper, sliced
    1 1/2 cups culiflower spear, cut up
    1 1/2 cups broccoli spears, cut up
    1 package mushrooms, stems removed, washed and sliced

Tips

I used a can of cooked wild rice already prepared. Could make rice from scratch to reduce sodium.


Directions

place olive oil in skillet and cook turkey fillets with Mrs. Dash seasoning until done
In a large skillet place vegetables, mushrooms and vegetable broth and simmer until cooked to desired doneness. Add turkey that has been diced up and add 1 can of drained cooked wild rice and 1 cup minute rice to skillet, heat through and enjoy
