Introduction

Easy meal to come home too. High in sodium, so I only make it once and awhile. Easy meal to come home too. High in sodium, so I only make it once and awhile.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 onion chopped
    15 oz chili beans (in sauce)
    15 oz black beans (drained)
    2 C frozen corn
    28 oz diced tomatoes
    7 oz green chilies
    12 oz beer
    1 packet taco seasoning
    1 1/2 lb chicken breast

Directions

Mix all ingredients in slow cooker, add chicken breast last and push down so it's under the liquid. Cook on low 7-9 hours. During the last hour remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return shredded chicken to soup and let cook until you're ready to eat.
