    1# Boneless -Skinless Chicken Breast cut into Strips (you can buy chicken tenders, too), Bird's Eye Stir-fry Peppers with onions (1/2 a bag,
    1 cup sliced mushrooms mushrooms,
    roasted garlic (optional)
    1 bag frozen broccoli,
    1 can of diced tomatoes with basil and garlic
    1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
    Whole Wheat Egg Noodles (any whole wheat noodles will work)
    Optional Ingerdients: Dash of Hot Sauce and Wishdishire Sauce


Cook Chicken on the George Foreman, while cooking whole wheat pasta. Drain Pasta and heat frozen broccoli in the Microwave. In the pan you cooked the pasta, saute mushrooms and peppers with roasted garlic. Add broccoli and then can of Diced Tomatoes. Stir in diced grilled chicken toss, enjoy. Also great with a dash of hot sauce and wishteshire sauce.
