Introduction

Ingredients

1/3 c masa harina
1/3 c cornstarch
1 1/3 c oat flour (about 2 c rolled oats, ground to flour)
1/3 c flax seed meal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbls sugar
1 cup water
1 tbls cider vinegar.
2 eggs + 2 egg whites
2 tbls grapeseed oil
Tips
If the batter is too thick, add water 1-2 tbls at a time until the desired consistency.
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Combine the dry milk and water, then add remaining wet ingredients and whisk to combine. Combine wet and dry ingredients, whisking until smooth. Prepare waffles per the directions of you waffle iron.
