Ingredients

    2/3 cup sugar
    4 tbs oil
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 large egg
    1/4 c 1% milk

    1 1/2 c flour
    1 tsp salt
    1tsp soda
    2 large banas added last

    Cmbine dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture, adding bananas last.

Tips

I have decreased the amount of sugar. The original recipe called for 1 cup.

350 degree oven x 30 minutes
