Ingredients

    4 cups old fashion oats
    3 cups Ocean spray crasins
    4 cups dry whole non salted walnuts
    8 cups water
    tbl spoon salt (to make water boil faster)
    2 tbl Coconut milk (to taste)

Tips

Keeps in my fridge for 2 weeks.(your fridge may vary) Quick and easy scoop into a microwave safe bowl heat for 1 minute add milk and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. BAAM! You are ready for the day! The coconut milk adds an unique flavor to the taste. (also adds calories so use sparingly)


Directions

Heat water until rapid boil, add oats cook 5 minutes.
add walnuts, and craisins cook additional 5 minutes stir often enough to keep from burning. Remove from heat cover and let sit for at least 5 minutes. Serve
