    Almond Breeze Almond coconut milk unsweetened, .5 cup
    Mangos, .5 fruit without refuse
    Kiwi Fruit, .5 fruit without skin, medium
    Raspberries, 10 raspberries
    Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds, .33 tbsp
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Cucumber (peeled), .5 medium
    Kale, 1 cup, chopped
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Wheatgrass, 1 oz

Tips

I add 4 ice cubes to make it cold
