Ingredients

    4 Frozen Chicken Breasts
    2 Cans Yellow Corn (Drained)
    2 Cans Black Beans (Drained and Rinsed)
    2 Cans Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
    2 Blocks Philadelphia Cream Cheese
    Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder to taste

Tips

You can substitute 2 bags of the frozen santefe corn and beans mixture for the Corn, Beans and RoTel.


Directions

Add all ingredients to the crock pot, cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over Rice or Noodles.
