    2 cups of light cream or half and half
    24 packets of non-nutrative sweetener
    1, 10 oz package of frozen strawberries, unsweetened


This serves 6. In a blender or food processor pour 1/2 of the light cream and the sweetener. Give it a quick pulse to blend. Add about 1/4 of the still frozen strawberries and blend until smooth. Add the remaining cream and pulse. slowly add the berries blending on high until smooth. Serve as you would ice cream. You can substitute any unsweetented, frozen fruit for the strawberries.
