Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 yellowtail fish (12 oz once skinned & de-boned)
    2 Tbsp soy sauce, lime juice & sake
    4" daikon root, grated
    1 green onion
    1 Tbsp ginger
    1 tsp garlic
    1 red chili pepper, minced
    Salt to taste

Directions

Skin & fillet fish. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare toppings: grate daikon, combine minced green onion, ginger, garlic & chili.
Prepare sauce: mix soy sauce, lime juice & sake (you will use 2/3 of the sauce on the 2 portions).
Cook fish in salted water for 30 sec or until lightly cooked (Inside will still be pink). Scoop into ice water. Drain & pat dry. Plate fish, top with daikon, then sprinkle with aromatics. Pour sauce on top.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings (6 oz fish)
