Ingredients

    1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    lemon pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    1tbls olive oil
    2oz dreamfields angel hair pasta
    1tbl olive oil
    2tbls parmesean cheese
    1tsp garlic powder
    2 cups chopped or shredded lettuce (for salad)
    1 sm tomotoe sliced
    homemade ranch dressing made with light mayo or yogart

Tips

Have had this same chicken chopped & added to salad before ...very good.


Directions

bring pasta water to boil, heat cast iron pan almost to smoking point season chicken with lemon pepper & garlic add oil to pan. sear chicken 2 min on side A, flip & sear side b, remove from heat & cover with lid to rest & finish cooking. Add pasta to boiling water cook till andante, drain & add oil & parmesan cheese toss well.
make salad. plate pasta & top with seared breast. enjoy
