Ingredients

    Dungeness Crab - 2 cut in half
    Onion - 1 cup
    Bell Peppers - 1/2 cup diced
    Garlic - 3 Cloves
    Curry Powder to Taste
    Coconut Milk Powder to Taste
    Salt and Pepper to Taste
    Water
    Oil- 1/4 cup


Tips

Adjust ingredients to suite taste and number of diners


Directions

1. Saute onions, peppers and garlic in oil until carmalized
2. Add Curry powder and sauté until well blended
3. Add water and coconut powder
4. Simmer until all ingredients are blended and the sauce begin to thicken
5. Ass crabs
