I added a packet of taco seasoning mix to give it a flavor "boost". Or you can add 1 TBSP of chili powder and 1 tsp of cumin to achieve similar flavor. - 7/18/09

I've made this recipe many times also and I find that if you use the frozen chicken on the bone, the chicken doesn't dry out. It's so good! - 4/29/09

I make this often, but I use Rotel tomatoes and add chili powder and cumin. It's very tasty! - 3/11/09

I've been making this for years, and you just can't beat it for maximum flavor and minimum effort. It's great over brown rice, but it makes fantastic burritos, too. - 10/31/08

was good. Next time I think I will add rotel instead of salsa and maybe some taco seasoning. I ate it over lettuce like a taco salad. Will definitely make again. Thanks for posting this. - 2/11/10
