Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts, cooked (about 2 cups cooked)
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
    1/2 cup yogurt
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1 tbsp dijon mustard
    2 tbsp almond milk
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

I used all full fat dairy, so if you use reduced fat, it will lower the calorie count.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a greased 8x8 pan.
Preheat oven to 375
Bake for 20 minutes.

Serve!
