Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 6 large (remove)
    Coconut Oil, 6 tbsp (remove)
    Honey, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, .50 tsp (remove)
    Let's Do Organic coconut Flour, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, .50 tsp (remove)
    Yellow Cornmeal, 22 grams (remove)

Directions

Blend together eggs, coconut oil, honey, vanilla and salt. Combine coconut flour, baking powder and cornmeal. Whisk into batter until there are no lumps. Pour batter into greased muffin cups. Bake at 400 for 12-15 min. makes 12 muffins.
