    1 Tbs Tahini (raw or roasted to preference. Add more or less to taste)
    1/2 tsp Honey
    1/2 tsp Water
    1/2 tsp Olive oil
    Salt (Himalayan pink salt or other) to taste

Mix ingredients well. Pour over salad.
