Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 cup macaroni elbows
    2 Tbsp butter
    1 onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can cream of mushroom
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1.5 cup double cheddar mix (or any kind of cheese you happen to have on hand)


Directions

Boil pasta as per instructions.
Sauté onion and garlic in butter for about 2 minutes. Add soup, milk and mustard. Add in 1 cup cheddar and stir until smooth.
Add the boiled pasta and pour into a greased 2L casserole. Sprinkle with what is left of the cheese and bake in 350F oven for 20 minutes
