4 oz mushrooms, fresh, 114 grams, sliced
1 C Water chestnuts, 1 cup slices

CREAMY MUSTARD DRESSING
2 Hard Boiled Eggs, mashed with a fork while still warm
1/2 tsp Salt
1 - 1.5 tsp Stevia
1/2 T pepper, black
1 clove garlic,crushed
1/2 C Olive Oil
1 T Dijon Mustard
5 T Cream
1/4 C Red Wine vinegar
