Ingredients

    10 oz Spinach, fresh
    1/2 lb Hormel Black Label Bacon (8 slices), fried crisp and crumbled
    4 oz mushrooms, fresh, 114 grams, sliced
    1 C Water chestnuts, 1 cup slices
    1/2 C Black Olives, Sliced

    CREAMY MUSTARD DRESSING
    2 Hard Boiled Eggs, mashed with a fork while still warm
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 - 1.5 tsp Stevia
    1/2 T pepper, black
    1 clove garlic,crushed
    1/2 C Olive Oil
    1 T Dijon Mustard
    5 T Cream
    1/4 C Red Wine vinegar

Directions

In large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss well with Creamy Mustard Dressing

Dressing: One at a time and in order, thoroughly blend all other ingredients into mashed eggs. Do not substitute. When blended, whisk until smooth.
