Ingredients

2 cups Chicken Stock
1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
1 packet Taco Seasoning
12 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1.5 cups Reduced Fat Cheddar
3 cups shredded lettuce
1.5 cups Salsa
12 Old El Paso Stand 'n Stuff Taco Shells
Tips
To increase the servings, add more chicken but do not add more seasoning and stock (unless you are doing a very large batch).
Directions
Combine the chicken stock, ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning in the crockpot. Add the chicken. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
Once chicken is done, remove and shred with 2 forks. Add a bit of the liquid to the meat to desired moistness.
Divide chicken and other ingredients among the taco shells.
Serving Size: Serving size = 2 tacos. Serves 6
