Ingredients

    RED SMOOTHIE

    1 ½ cups almond milk
    1 banana
    ½ small beet
    1 handful spinach
    2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
    Juice of ½ lime
    10 whole frozen strawberries
    ½ thumb size fresh ginger root


Tips

Use organic and fresh ingredients when possible. To gain maximum benefit of micro nutrients, drink right away.


Directions

Place all ingredients except strawberries in BlendTec blender and blend for 90 seconds. Add strawberries and blend on high until smooth.
