    1 cup Wheat flour
    3 cups Post Raisin Bran Cereal
    4 tsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
    1/2 cup of carrots (grated)
    1 cup Motts Natural Apple Sauce
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    2 Egg white
    1 cup Milk, 2%
    4 tbsp Promise lite butter
    Butter Spray


in a large bowl, add cereal and all your wet ingredients. set aside so that cereal can absorb wet ingredients, for about 5mins. meanwhile mix together all your dry ingredients. After that blend it all together. spray muffin tin with butter spray
Bake 350 for 20 to 25 mins or till done.
