Ingredients

Organic apples peeled and cored, organic oranges juice only, organic raisins, cinnamon, cloves nutmeg
Directions
Makes approximately 4 - 1/4 cup servings.
Peel and core apples, cut into 1 inch pieces, put into heavy sauce pan. Juice oranges, add to the apples. Add remaining ingredients. Stir, cover, bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer, cook, covered approximately 30 minutes (until apples break down and sauce thickens). Remove cover and let liquid cook down if necessary.
Keep covered and refrigerated up to one week. Serve warm or cold on oatmeal, toast, yogurt, anything you would normally serve with jam.
