Introduction

An easy way make a weekend meal during the week. An easy way make a weekend meal during the week.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    5-6 large red or green bell peppers, tops cut off & membranes cleaned out
    1lb ground beef or turkey, raw
    1 small jar of salsa
    1 cup brown rice uncooked
    1 can of pasta sauce

Directions

Spray inside of crockpot with nonstick spray.
Mix together uncooked rice, raw meat & salsa together. Fill peppers with mixture. Stand peppers up in the crockpot. Pour pasta sauce on top of peppers. Add small amount of water to the bottom of the pot-less the 1/4c.

Cook on high for 8hrs.
