Ingredients

    *Aldi's Happy Harvest Green Beans ( 1 can= 3.5 servings), 1 serving (remove)
    *Beans Kidney Light Red Fry's (3.5 cups per can), 3.5 cup (remove)
    *Butter Beans, Dakota's - 1/2 Cup, 3.5 cup (remove)
    *Van Camp's Pork and Beans, 3.5 cup (remove)
    *HUNTS KETCHUP, 1 cup (remove)
    Great value lt brown sugar (1 cup), 1 cup (remove)
    *Vinegar: White Vinegar, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    *brown rice cooked, 2.5 cup (remove)

Tips

Can add some cooked brown rice, but will need to adjust points. 2˝ cups cooked brown rice mixed in to the beans will add 1 pt to a serving size.)


Directions

Add all ingredients to crock (draining all bea ns except porkt/beans). Cook on low 4 hours, testing onions for softness (or can pre-sauté onions for a few minutes before adding to crock).
