Introduction

Leaner version of the wonderful flat Turkish meatball. Leaner version of the wonderful flat Turkish meatball.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    10 oz jennie o lean ground turkey
    Onion- 1/3 cup chopped thinly
    Egg White of one egg
    Oatmeal-1/4 cup ground (I use my ninja blender)
    salt to taste
    tsp pepper or to taste
    1 tbls cumin
    Tbsp chopped parsley

    mix all ingredients and shape into meatball size patties. Press flat and cook on grill until done. :)

Tips

extra cumin gives extra flavor
