Introduction

Ingredients

    1 package of 15oz. imitation crab, died
    8 oz. salad shrimp
    1 red sweet pepper diced
    1 hot pepper diced
    4 green onion,diced
    1 can low or no sodium diced tomatoes
    container of salsa , optional
    1 oz lime juice.
    half bunch raw cilantro , chopped
    Personal seasonings , dash garlic powder, dash sea salt. black pepper. More hot spice to taste.

Tips

Cab use fresh tomatoes when in season. The peppers can be adjusted to suit your taste. Sometimes cut up English cucumber is a good addd ingredient.


Directions

Cut and dice the vegetalbes, cut the crab into smaller pieces.
Mix all the ingredients into a large bowel.
Cool in fridge.
Serve as is or with diced avacado.
