Ingredients

    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    1 T yellow mustard
    1 T dried parsely
    4 T Mayo w/olive oil
    1/4 cup Chobani plain greek yogurt 0 fat
    6 Hard boiled eggs, cooled, peeled, chopped

Directions

Boil eggs for 7 minutes, cool, peel, chop coarsely. Chop onion and celery. Mix together yogurt, mayo, mustard, parsley, add salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients together and serve on toasted english muffin or bread of choice.
