    1 cup sunflower seeds, raw
    1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, raw
    1 t honey (to taste)
    1 t olive oil (optional; for desired consistency)


Enjoy in place of peanut butter and smile knowing you saved a ton of money making this yourself!


Place seeds in to work bowl of food processor. Turn on and scrape down sides as needed, running for 5-7 minutes. Add honey once paste stage is reached, then add oil to reach desired creaminess. Store in the refrigerator!
