Ingredients

    1 Summer squash
    2 Green tomatoes
    1/2 onion
    1 Garlic Clove
    1C Snap peas
    1/2C cashews
    3 Tbsp Peanut oil
    Pepper, Curry, Terragon, and Salt to taste

Directions

Heat oil, add veggies, saute to liking and season to taste.
Eat as a side or serve over rice for a light fresh meal
