Ingredients

    Black Forest Ham, 2 oz
    Arnies San Francisco Sour Dough bread, 2 slices
    Hellmann"s Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing, 1 tbsp
    Mushroom, white, raw, 3 med
    Sargento Ultra Thin Provolone, 1 slice
    Baby Spinach (raw), .5 cup
    Great Lakes Sun-Dried Tomatoes, 6 gram(s)
    Onions, raw, (abt 1/4, sliced)
    Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese,1/8 cup

    Olive Oil Cooking spray
    Garlic Salt

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375

Slice up onion and mushrooms. Lightly spray pan with cooking spray. Saute onions, mushrooms, spinach and sundried tomatoes. sprinkled with garlic salt until mushrooms are cooked and/or onions start to caramelize.

Remove from heat.

Lightly spray one side of each slice of sour dough bread with cooking spray. Lay sprayed side down on a cookie sheet or pizza pan.

On one slice layer provolone slice, black forest ham, sauted mushrooms/onions/tomatoes/spinach. Sprinkle the mozzarella on top. Lightly spread the mayonaise on the other slice of bread, placing it on top.

Bake at 375 for about 5 mins, then flip and cook for an additional 3-5 mins.

Serving Size: makes 1 sandwich
