Ingredients

    Kroger lite banana strawberry yogurt
    lg. banana
    1/2 c skimm fat free milk
    140 grams (1 serving) of dole frozen fruit (peaches-pineapple-mango-strawberry)
    4 lg. ice cubes

Tips

add milk, then yogurt, slice the banana add frozen fruit and finally ice cubes. Mix in blender and mixture will be thick, smoothe and have the texture of a shake! Enjoy!


Directions

Place ingredients into blender on high until throughly mixed. Then put blender on the smoothie or drink setting for about 2 minutes or until preferred consistency.
