In small skillet put 1 tsp margarine and add sliced onions and saute' to your liking remove from skillet.
In same skillet add breast of chicken you have previously cooked and sliced into thin pieces, (chicken can be cooked in skillet raw, but takes longer), for this recipe I used a piece I had baked and had left over from a previous time.
cook til heated through.
Take each tortilla and spread with miracle whip then add shredded cheddar cheese and lettuce and top with chicken breast meat
hot and ready to eat, as a light snack or light lunch item.
Great with soup, or fruit or yogurt for a light lunch idea. Enjoy
