Ingredients

    1/2 cup wheat bran
    1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tbsp. gluten
    2 cups bread flour
    1 1/2 cups warm water
    1 tea salt
    1 tea cider vinegar
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp veg. oil
    1 packet yeast (2 1/4 tea)


Tips

Cool completely and store in food grade plastic bags overnight to make slicing easier.


Directions

Add wet to bread maker, then add dry with the yeast on top. Select dough and run program. When done cut dough into 2 pieces and form into loaves. Place into bread pans and let rise another 45 minutes. Bake in preheated 375 oven for 35 minutes or until done.
